Freakebana is the use of non traditional objects and formal strategies of composition to create contemporary versions of Japanese flower arrangements.  

In essence, the Freakebana is a version of a contemporary still life. This project uses augmented reality to bring the experience of Freakebana into real time spaces and places. 

The freakebana compositions are modeled in 3D and inspired by objects that have personal significance. The project is ongoing as more still lifes are created.
